Founded in 2024, J and Three Dees, LLC began with a love for simple printed decorative pillows design. Now we offer custom printed T-shirts, sublimation items, party/ wedding gifts and favors, and limited sewing notion, and more available on Etsy, Shopify, and beyond. As a Women Minority Owned Business, we’re proud to create vibrant, inclusive merchandise that celebrates creativity and culture.

FAQ
What are your business hours?
Monday-Friday, 6:00PM to 9:00PM. Saturday, 9:00AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM via phone. You can send email or text message and will respond back before end of day. If you want a call back, please leave name, number and what time to call. Will do my best to reach back to you. FYI.... There is more FAQ. I can always email it to you as a attachment for you to look at. Our Gallery wil be up soon to show what is our products we offer.
What is your refund/return policy?
There is no refund nor return for any custom items. Please be advise that if you send an image and after 24 hours had pass, your order will be process and ship with in 3-5 bus. days. If you decide to change the image, email me within 24 hours after placing the order so we can process the correct one. Please email the website you place the order from and order number. I really do not want to have any unhappy customers.
How long will order take to ship and is there a rush fee?
All orders, 3-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Order is overs a certain dollar amounts, signature is required. If needed faster, you will have to pay rush fee,(paid separately) plus priority fee to get it out within 24 hours after placing the order. We do ship UPS/FedEx and just to let you know, a signature is required ( I will add it on the shipping charge). I do not want to see your package get stolen by poarch pirates.
What type of payment methods do you accept, do you charge a fee, and do you give discount?
Amex, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Zelle, Paypal, ACH, Wire Transfer ( fees will apply). Please note that all taxes will be collected according to the state law. NO! I will not charge you a credit card fee. I will absorb the charges. Yes I will give a discount on the orders (excluding tax and shipping) depending on the size of your order and/or a frequent customer.
